We seek a seasoned Sales Representative to lead our Neurovascular division's sales efforts in Finland.
About the Job:
- This is a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and expansion within the Finnish market.
- The successful candidate will possess strong sales and product knowledge skills, with a proven track record of success in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, hospitals, and medical facilities within the region.
Provide expert product knowledge and training to physicians, lab, and medical staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery and logistics.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and business meetings to expand customer base and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Essential Requirements:
Degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or life sciences.
At least 8 years' experience in sales, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in both Finnish and English.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as required.
