Key Account Development Specialist

Videoly is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key account manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing our most important customer relationships, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing customer success plans to meet business objectives.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in customer success or account management.
- A strong understanding of SaaS and key account management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
