About the Role

Codento is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving and orchestrating large complex sales cycles, working with internal partners and teams to best serve our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales Engagements: Lead and drive sales engagements with our customers, identifying business challenges and creating solutions to meet their needs.
  2. Consultative Selling: Utilize your consultative selling experience to understand customer needs and position our portfolio of cybersecurity solutions.
  3. Forecasting and Planning: Create clear goals and complete accurate forecasting through developing a detailed territory plan.
  4. Value Proposition: Develop a compelling value proposition with insights into value for each specific account.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect our cybersecurity products and services.
  6. Travel and Collaboration: Travel as necessary within your territory, and to company-wide meetings to collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements
  1. Fluent Finnish: Fluency in Finnish is required.
  2. SaaS-based Architectures: Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security industry - SOC or SASE technology is preferred.
  3. Complex Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  4. Technical Aptitude: Technical aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
  5. Problem-Solving: Identifies problems, reviews data, determines the root causes, and provides scalable solutions.
  6. Channel Partners: Cultivate relationships with our channel partners to bring channel-centric go-to-market approach for our customers.
  7. Sales Cycle Knowledge: Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle and the ability to follow a structured sales process.
  8. Autonomy and Self-Direction: Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
