About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Partner Manager to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our partner ecosystem, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic partnerships.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a regional partner strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives. This will involve working closely with our sales teams, solution sales specialists, and customer outcome teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver successful projects to our customers. This will involve developing joint go-to-market plans, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring our partners are well-positioned to sell the value of our Now Platform.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of our business and technology, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional partner strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver successful projects to our customers.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans with our partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure our partners are well-positioned to sell the value of our Now Platform.
  • Work closely with our sales teams, solution sales specialists, and customer outcome teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Broad-based business and technology expertise with 10+ years in sales or 7+ years in either partner management or consulting.
  • Experience driving successful business development activities.
  • Experience working with organizations in multiple cities and markets.
  • Experience partnering with multiple Sales teams to grow the partner ecosystem in a 'win as a team' environment.
  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor.
