Regional Partnerships Manager

We're at an exciting and key moment of growth here at Codento, leading the way in digital innovation. With a strong focus on strategic partnerships, we're expanding our business development team and looking for a driven Regional Partnerships Manager to spearhead our growth in the Nordic & Netherlands regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the negotiation and relationship management for fleet management and connected services partnerships.
- Serve as the regional commercial go-to-market lead, driving strategy and execution for B2B partnerships.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in rolling out partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with our commercial objectives.
- Act as the commercial point of contact, both internally and externally, fostering strong, productive relationships.
- Utilize market insights and customer feedback to inform and refine our partnership strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in partnerships and go-to-market strategies, ideally within the Nordics.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
- A passion for technology and innovation, coupled with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in other Nordic languages highly advantageous.
