We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Sales Manager to join our team at Fimet Oy, a Finnish company operating in the medical industry.

Fimet Oy designs and manufactures high-tech patient chairs and treatment equipment for dentists, with a global distribution network and exports accounting for over 90% of sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our sales functions, implementing our marketing and sales strategy, and building strong relationships with our dealers.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining the price system of our dealers
  2. Implementing our marketing and sales strategy, developing dealers, and maintaining and optimizing our distributor network
  3. Responsible for dealer negotiation, contract signing, and communication and coordination of internal related processes
  4. Working with our compliance team to complete daily due diligence reviews for distributors and establishing a dealer qualification review and evaluation system
  5. Organizing and coordinating with our sales and marketing department to review business progress with dealers regularly and guide and train dealers' marketing activities
  6. Cooperating with our training team to provide professional training for dealers and their teams and establishing a dealer training system
  7. Providing sales data analysis reports based on management needs
  8. Responsible for national and regional bidding management

Requirements include:

  1. University degree or above
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in channel management in the medical industry
  3. Dentistry experience is an advantage

Desirable skills include:

  1. Market insight and ability to grasp product and market changes and competitors timely
  2. Excellent communication skills and team worker to achieve objectives
  3. Advanced data analysis skills and ability to make accurate judgments
  4. Fluent English
  5. Ability to speak other foreign languages is an advantage, especially German and French
