In this position, you will be reporting to the Product Group Manager Noora Pitkänen. Job location is in our office in Leppävaara, Espoo.

The position
You will contribute to the development of our customer journeys by producing high-quality e-mail campaigns for various therapy areas and educational events. You'll be collaborating closely especially with Brand Managers, Patient Engagement Manager and Campaign Specialist and cross-functionally with other close colleagues from Customer Excellence, Sales and Medical. You will be managing our e-mail platform and develop our digital marketing approach together with the team.

Main responsibilities of this role include the following:

  1. Co-create, build and execute e-mail campaigns
  2. Collect and analyze data especially related to e-mail marketing
  3. Gather and share customer feedback from digital touchpoints
  4. Co-develop content that is used especially in digital marketing
  5. Help us to develop our digital marketing capabilities further
  6. Work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
You are expected to be genuinely service-oriented, highly ethical, dynamic and a team player, with excellent coordination and planning skills, but also IT skills. You have passion towards digital marketing. Your communication and interacting skills are strong, and you can collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders with ease.

You also are:
  1. Student of Marketing, Information Management, Bachelor of Business Administration, or equivalent majors
  2. Fluent in both Finnish and English
  3. Curious about pharmaceutical industry and healthcare
  4. Interested to learn and contribute to hands-on digital marketing
  5. Analytical and understand fundamentals of digital marketing
About The Department
As a member of the Finnish affiliate of Novo Nordisk, you will be joining a highly professional, highly ambitious, 70 people organization. Strategic Marketing Unit is responsible for developing and driving affiliate commercial strategy across all Novo Nordisk therapy areas. Commercial strategy is aligned with overall company strategy to ensure and accelerate access of treatment options to Finnish patients and healthcare professionals.

Our office is in Leppävaara, Espoo. Our work is about setting the pace for better patient outcomes in Diabetes, Obesity and other chronic illnesses.
