As our new Channel Account Manager, you will be part of our highly skilled Channel Team, where you will be recruiting and onboarding new hosting partners, service providers, Cloud resellers, system integrators, and ISVs. You will work on delivering on GP targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as well as number of partners recruited.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and building channel pipeline, forecasts, opportunity progression, order booking, and collections on a weekly basis, as well as delivering performance on KPI's.
  • Understanding business priorities and challenges for partners and how Crayon's Service offerings can create value for the partners.
  • Contacting and recruiting new channel partners and upselling relevant additional solutions and services to increase partner success.
  • Building knowledge of the partner's business model and the products and services around that business model, as well as keeping that knowledge up to date.
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with partners and developing strong internal relationships with key stakeholders in Crayon.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in selling IT services in Indirect and/or channel business.
  • Good knowledge of indirect business model such as hosting or resellers, ISVs, system integrators.
  • Knowledge of Cloud licensing models such as Microsoft CSP or SPLA, AWS and/or GCP.
