We are seeking an experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager to oversee Kalmar's IT operations and support. This role will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, end-user support, and regional IM organization collaboration. The successful candidate will drive quality, efficiency, transparency, and modernization in both local and central IT operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• IT Strategy & Operations Leadership: Oversee Kalmar's IT infrastructure and end-user services, ensuring they align with business needs and objectives.
• IT Transformation Initiatives: Lead modernization efforts in IT infrastructure and services, ensuring seamless business support and continuous improvements.
• Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of regional and local IT professionals to deliver high-quality IT services.
• Service Excellence: Drive excellence in IT service management and configuration management databases (CMDB) to optimize efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal business functions and external service providers to ensure IT solutions meet business objectives.
• Financial Acumen: Control IT budgets and execute financial planning for global IT services.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance IT service delivery.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in global IT service delivery, IT infrastructure, and end-user services.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage IT budgets and financial planning.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for driving efficiency and business value.
• Strong networking abilities and experience working in international, virtual environments.
