Are you ready to join the fight against cybercrime? As a Channel Sales Manager at Hoxhunt, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners in EMEA.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales, SaaS, and cybersecurity, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves working closely with the sales team to generate new revenue and partner-sourced leads through reselling channels.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leveraging expertise to advise partners on human risk mitigation and security culture
  • Collaborating with the Partner Success Manager to streamline and enhance the partner program
  • Improving accountability for partner-sourced pipeline, pipeline progression, and final execution
  • Coordinating events and campaigns with Hoxhunt's marketing and sales teams

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in alliances, channel business, SaaS sales, and channel management
  • Proven experience in coaching and motivating internal and external sales teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving value and exceeding targets
  • A keen interest in learning new technologies and influencing sales growth
  • Fluent English (written and verbal); ability to work in other languages such as German, French, or Dutch is a plus
