YOUR ROLE:
As a Therapeutic Area Specialist Oncology, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, driving impactful account management and generating valuable insights. You are responsible for selected customers and accounts, and you will be working closely with various external stakeholders, such as key opinion leaders, therapy area specialists and hospital decision makers to develop effective professional partnerships. You are responsible for implementing the Oncology Strategic Account Management work together with the cross-functional team to ensure optimal treatment outcomes for cancer patients in Finland. You will work closely with Medical Affairs and Market Access functions to get fast and broad access to patients for the best possible medication for their needs. Based on our Oncology strategy, you will be contributing to the Oncology portfolio work of the cross-functional team from planning to execution. WHO YOU ARE:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Ideally experienced within oncology.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas and indications, including familiarity with on-label discussions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze sales and prescription data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent coordination skills to manage account planning with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional selling skills, with a natural ability to close deals and communicate effectively.
- Ability and willingness to travel within territory.
- Proficient in Finnish and English.
