We're looking for a Customer Service & Back Office Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and is excited about building the future of financial services from the ground up. You'll be the human connection between our tech-driven service and our customers, playing a key role in both operational execution and brand representation.

What You'll Do- Engage directly with our customers across channels to ensure seamless and proactive service.
- Process and validate financial transactions with precision and accountability.
- Support compliance, onboarding and operational workflows in a secure and efficient manner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, product, and marketing teams to improve user journeys.
- Use modern AI tools and automation to streamline back-office operations.
- Grow into a key player in building the next-gen investment platform.
- A punctual, precise, and proactive work ethic — you take ownership and deliver reliably.
- Background or studies in financial or management accounting, customer service, or operations.
- Experience with transaction processing, customer communications, and digital tooling.
- A commercial mindset — you care about solving customer problems and spotting opportunities.
- Familiarity or willingness to dive into AI-powered tools to maximize productivity.
- Growth mindset — you're curious, self-directed, and always learning.
- Fluent in Finnish and English.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, banking, or modern investment services.
- Understanding of blockchain-based assets or interest in new financial paradigms.
- Hands-on exposure to customer support platforms, CRM systems, trading and portfolio management and/or digital KYC tools.
- Swedish and additional languages are a big plus.
- A team player who collaborates and communicates with clarity and empathy.
