We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Manager to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing category strategies and concrete plans that align with business objectives and deliver value for the organization.

As a sourcing manager, you will:
- Develop and implement sourcing category strategies and concrete plans that align with business objectives and deliver value for the organization.
- Lead sourcing events, cost optimization initiatives, supplier selection, contract negotiations and market benchmarking.
- Establish, manage and develop solid relationships with internal stakeholders and drive business alignment.
- Build and maintain a sustainable and reliable supplier base for assigned sub-categories.
- Define and track category targets and supplier performance metrics to ensure the business value delivery.
You will also have the opportunity to:
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the organization's sustainability and social responsibility initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sourcing activities.
