As a Commercial Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies and customer business plans that drive growth and profitability for our Finnish business.

You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver positive category development and drive Unilever competitiveness. Your goal is to deliver turnover growth, market share gain, and improved profitability of your accounts.

Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing a commercial strategy and customer business plan, working in close collaboration with customer and category teams, and negotiating trade terms & investments and managing the customer P&L. You will also be responsible for overall responsibility for customer growth delivery, including yearly negotiations regarding optimal mix on pricing, assortment, promotional program, and perfect store execution.

You thrive on selling and influencing, customer collaboration and negotiation. You have some experience of successful key account management/customer relationship management, category management or brand building. Experience from Key Account Management within the FMCG market is seen as a plus.
