**Job Description:**
We are seeking an accomplished Total Rewards Lead to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global compensation and benefits strategies that support our business growth ambitions. You will work closely with the CFO and Finance teams to design and implement innovative total rewards projects that drive business success and attract top talent. Your expertise will help us create a competitive reward structure that differentiates us from competitors and enhances our employer brand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies aligned with our company culture and values
* Collaborate with leadership teams to build high-performing teams through performance management, rewards, and benefits
* Conduct analysis on the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing rewards and benefits programs
* Create policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize benefits administration and communications
* Lead a small yet effective Total Rewards team
Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar or progressive senior role. You should have a proven track record of setting up or transforming total rewards functions and programs, including shared-based compensation. Strong communication and analytical skills are required, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Leadership skills and experience in employee wellness and performance management are highly desirable.
