Työtehtävämme

Työssäsi toimisitte Inhouse Groupin myynti- ja asiakaspalveluasiantuntijana. Tehtäväsi olisi varmistaa, että Inhouse Groupille syntyy riittävä määrä oikea-aikaisia sekä lisäarvoa tuottavia kohtaamisia potentiaalisten asiakkaiden kanssa. Pääsääntöinen kohtaamiskanava olisi puhelin, mutta viestit asiakkaille myös sähköpostitse sekä viestein. Työ ei olisi tapaamisten tuuppaamista vaan ensisijaisesti asiakkaan liiketoiminnallisten tarpeiden kartoittamista sekä kiinnostuneiden asiakkaiden siirtämistä myynnille. Myynti- ja asiakaspalveluasiantuntijana toimit myyntitiimin aisaparina varmistaen, että myynti on oikeassa paikassa oikeaan aikaan.

Tehtävän vaatimukset

Palkkasi ja etusi

Pohjapalkka tehtävässä olisi 1800 euroa kuukaudessa. Inhouse Groupilla on provisiopohjainen palkkiomalli, joka on rakennettu pohjapalkan päälle. Mikäli ansaintasi jää alle 2500 euroa kuukaudessa, Inhouse Group olisi epäonnistunut johtamisessasi. Inhouse Groupilla ei ole palkkakattoa, eli kun onnistut, saat siitä reilun korvauksen. Viime vuonna myyjiemme keskiansio oli 4200 euroa kuukaudessa.
