
Growth Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Finland. In this role, you will focus on growing our business by creating new revenue streams through customer acquisition and existing customers.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales and excellent people skills. You will be responsible for prospecting and finding new B2B customers for Auntie and growing our existing customers internationally.
To excel in this position, you should have experience in solution-sales and be able to build strong relationships with customers. Having previously worked with HR and/or in a SaaS company is seen as a significant advantage but not a must.
Key Responsibilities
- You will create new revenue streams through customer acquisition and existing customers.
- You will prospect and find new B2B customers for Auntie.
- You will grow our existing customers internationally.
- You will build strong relationships with customers.
