
Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our CRM system, as well as supporting current system users and expanding its use to new user groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the product owner and key admin of Salesforce CRM.
- Create and manage the CRM development roadmap.
- Develop business processes within the system and implement technical enhancements.
- Serve as the counterpart for the technical development partner.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Promote system adoption and train users.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM management and development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its capabilities.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of Finnish is a plus.
