About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Strategy Manager to join our team and contribute to shaping the content strategy and execution for all applicable products within the PairSoft portfolio.

As a Content Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences, managing the development and distribution of content across multiple channels, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure content meets business needs, and analyzing content performance to inform future strategies.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English (or similar).
  • High knowledge of marketing software including Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom Webinars and MS Office applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of the SaaS space relative to ERP integration and fintech specifically.
  • 3+ years of experience managing large bodies of work, including design work.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a cross-functional team; building and managing through career development by mentoring, coaching, and elevating others.
  • Familiarity with content creation for cross-channel experiences.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of business partners and delivering outcomes.
  • Collaborating with technology, product, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs - then translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
