We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

  • Design and execute business strategies that drive growth.

2. Product Development:

  • Develop and implement product plans, portfolios, and approval processes.
  • Design the Open Market product strategy.

3. Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. Communication and Collaboration:

Ensure effective communication between departments, including Operator, Open Market, Marketing, and Retail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM or Sales area, with interest in products planning and business strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple products and accounts efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in Chinese is a must.
