As a Global Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global sales strategy and expanding its presence in new markets.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing key market opportunities worldwide, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and establishing efficient sales processes to support scalability and long-term growth.

- Work closely with the broader leadership team to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Represent the company at key industry events and engage with key stakeholders in the defence sector.
You will need a strong background in the defence industry and proven sales leadership experience. You should have demonstrated expertise in building teams and organisations from scratch, a strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and drive sustainable growth, and exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and foster team success.
