Job Title: Sales Growth Specialist

Job Description: We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Growth Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.

Responsibilities:

  • Explore business development opportunities in Sweden for companies in the accounting industry.
  • Utilize your existing networks to open doors and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with our product team to brainstorm new product concepts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline independently.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in SaaS sales with specific experience selling software solutions to the accounting or financial admin.
  • Genuine interest and ability to travel regularly to Sweden.
  • Strong stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure.
  • Process-oriented approach to sales.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (other languages are a plus, especially Nordic languages).
  • The ability to utilize our CRM system extensively (Hubspot).
