Toimitamme asiakkaidemme visioita huippuluokan rakennusratkaisujen avulla useilla sektoreilla, mukaan lukien: Enterprise Data Centerit, Advanced Technology & Life Sciences, Hyperscale Data Centerit, Fire Protection.

Roolin keskeiset vastuut:
Johtaa projektin kaupallista tiimiä ja tukea rakennustiimiä kaikissa kaupallisissa ja määrämittaustoiminnoissa, mukaan lukien seuraavat keskeiset vastuut:
- Varmista sopimusvelvoitteiden noudattaminen ja neuvoo ja tarkkaile sitä rakennustiimille
- Kyky tunnistaa mahdolliset kaupalliset riskit ja varmistaa niiden nopea raportointi johdolle.
- Kokoa kuukausittaiset edistymishakemukset ja varmista, että ne sisältävät tarkat uudelleenmittaukset, sivuston muunnelmat, päivätyöt tai vaatimukset
- Hankinta – operatiivinen hankintatoiminta ja sopimustuki, yhdessä hankintaosaston kanssa
- Hallitse alihankkijoiden tilejä alkuperäisestä sopimuksesta väliarviointiin, muunnelmiin ja lopputilitykseen.
- Projektien liikevaihdon ja kassavirran hallinta ja ennustaminen
- Kaikkien projektien tarkastelu ja kaupallinen hallinta varmistaaksemme tarkan ja luotettavan raportoinnin
- Tunnista, analysoi ja raportoi liiketoiminnan ja projektien trendit
- Tarjoa tietoa ja analysointia ongelmista ja riskeistä johdon edellyttämällä tavalla.
- Paranna ja toteuta parhaiden käytäntöjen kaupallisia prosesseja ja tarkkaa budjetointia
- Johda, tue ja valmenna kaupallisen tiimin jäseniä parhaiden käytäntöjen määrän mittaus- ja kustannushallintamenetelmissä.
- Tarkista kaikki työnantajilta, suunnittelutiimin ja/tai alihankkijoilta saapuva kirjeenvaihto tunnistaaksesi sopimuksen kannalta tärkeät asiat ja aloittaaksesi vastaukset
- Varmistaaksemme, että Rakennustiimi noudattaa kaikkia sopimusvaatimuksia ja neuvoo ja valvoo niitä
- Varmista, että raportointi on konsernin käytäntöjen mukainen ja korosta johdon poikkeuksia
- Kaikki muut tähän rooliin liittyvät tehtävät
Tärkeimmät roolin kriteerit:
- Soveltuva korkeakoulututkinto määrämittauksesta, rakennusalan kaupallisesta johtamisesta tai vastaava koulutus (esim. insinööri) yhdistettynä laajaan kaupalliseen kokemukseen.
- Vähintään 5+ vuoden kokemus pätevyyden jälkeisestä isosta paikan päällä olevasta ympäristöstä (sopimusarvot > €200+)
- Vankka kokemus isoista rakennus- ja maatöistä katsotaan eduksi.
- Myös konesalin kokemus toivotaan.
- Kykyä työskennellä sekä yksin että osana tiimiä.
- Erinomaiset IT-taidot (SAP-kokemus katsotaan eduksi).
- Erinomaiset viestintä- ja organisointitaidot.
- Edellytämme erinomaista englannin kielen taitoa.
- Suomen kielen taitoa toivotaan.
