The role
As a Junior Business Developer, you'll be at the forefront of Kustom's growth strategy, focusing on acquiring new customers across a wide scope of potential B2B customers/merchants. This role is ideal for driven professionals with sales experience, who are eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Find and connect with potential clients in different types of businesses
- Show our product to clients over the phone or in video, explaining how it can help them
- Actively look for sales opportunities and work hard to close deals
- Manage the entire process from finding new clients to closing sales
Skills and experience you'll need
- Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in tech, financial services, or fintech (though other B2B sales backgrounds will be considered)
- Eager to learn, grow, and aspire to become a top-performing Account Executive
- Confident in cold calling and pushing beyond your comfort zone
- Fluency in Finnish and excellent communication skills in English

- An outgoing personality and genuine enthusiasm for B2B sales
- A drive for results and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Flexibility to adapt to various business environments and markets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a talent for building rapport quickly
