Executive Assistant
to join the Commercial & Operations team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced executive assistant to join our team of professionals driving the Commercial & Operations agenda. You will be a key member of our team in supporting us to achieve our goals. This is a perfect role if you have a passion for structure, organizing, and enjoying multiple task management simultaneously while keeping a clear overview.
The Executive Assistant position is located in Espoo, Finland. You will be supporting selected members of the leadership team and reporting to the Executive Vice President, Commercial & Operations.
Main responsibilities- High-level administrative support to the Commercial & Operations leadership team in diverse areas, for example:
- Calendar and travel management
- Meeting and event planning and organization
- Supporting in internal communications
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting yearly governance of various business processes
- Collecting, storing, and sharing information.
- Suitable educational background, e.g., bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
- Several years of experience in Executive Assistant role or similar in international environment/companies
- Ability to proactively prioritize and take ownership to get things done in a fast-paced international and multicultural environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail
- Initiative attitude with ability to work both independently and as a trusted member of a team
- Ethical, trustworthy way to work with high integrity
- Willingness to connect and collaborate with various stakeholders both internally and externally
- Flexible, positive, and inclusive mindset with can-do attitude
- Full professional proficiency in verbal and written English (additional language skills are an asset)
- Excellent digital skills, especially MS Office
- Availability to travel in connection with leadership team meetings or bigger events outside of Finland if needed
