What you would do as our Integration Partner Manager
You would ensure the successful and seamless integration across our own software products and with other relevant third-party systems. You would manage and nurture relationships with external partners, with an initial focus on partnerships involving ABLOY OS, ASSA ABLOY Access, ABLOY CUMULUS, and other relevant ASSA ABLOY Nordic software solutions.

You would also:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for software integration partners, negotiating agreements, and identifying new integration partners aligned with business needs.
  2. Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, while working with sales and marketing teams to promote integrated solutions.
  3. Develop a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the company's software and third-party solutions to ensure compatibility, while collaborating with technical teams.
  4. Monitor partner performance and integration effectiveness, providing regular reports on outcomes, challenges, and opportunities.
  5. Be prepared to travel as required to support partnership and integration objectives.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  1. Holds a university-level degree in technology or business or has a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  2. Has a solid understanding of API and other integration technologies, along with experience in software business and partnerships.
  3. Demonstrates expertise in contract negotiations and preparation, with a proven track record in successful partner management.
  4. Possesses fluent and effective communication skills in English and one of the Nordic languages.
