We are looking for an experienced consultant to work in a leading role as a D365 Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect or Lead consultant who wants to be part of Tietoevry Tech Services. We serve our customers by combining global capabilities and Nordic proximity and help our customers modernize their digital landscape to be fit for new opportunities in the rapidly changing business environment.

When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a Dynamics Customer Service Solution Architect, you will be part of Tietoevry's Microsoft Dynamics unit of over 350 consultants in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Latvia, and India, delivering projects and services across Northern Europe.

As a Dynamics Customer Service Architect you will work in a large multi-year program implementing Customer service, Power platform, Chat, automation, and AI capabilities with Microsoft technologies. This is a great opportunity to participate in a major program affecting all Finnish citizens for many years in the future.

As a Lead consultant you work for one our biggest manufacturing customers improving the customers usage of the D365 C applications, primarily D365 Sales including Automation and Co-Pilot / agents. In addition, you will support sales cases and engage with our customers and ensure that we justify the trust our customers place in Tietoevry through high-quality delivery.

To succeed in these roles, you have a consultative mindset and strong customer focus with an excellent Microsoft Dynamics solution background. Understanding and being able to support in analyzing customer requirements, scoping, discovering, and defining end-to-end solutions is essential in this role. In addition, configuring and implementing customizations, chat, automations, conducting testing and training with end users.

Your role can be tailored to your background and interests, whether it's more towards the architect or lead consultant position.

We also appreciate:

  • Strong Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including Customer Service, Sales, and Power Platform products
  • Experience in implementing Chat and automation capabilities
  • Consulting skills and attitude combined with good social skills
  • Experience in participation in solution design, configuring/customizing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE projects
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills
  • D365 Customer Service and Sales knowledge
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
  • Certifications are an advantage
