In this pivotal role, you will navigate internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements, working on-site three days a week in Helsinki. As Senior Product Manager, Go-to-Market (GTM), you will lead the launch and commercialization of products across multiple markets and channels.

Your strategic leadership will involve crafting GTM strategies, driving product adoption, ensuring revenue targets, and optimizing market positioning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop sales enablement materials, launch timelines, and coordinate communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market plans, including target market analysis, positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and content that drive product awareness and demand.
  • Work with sales leadership to create compelling go-to-market materials and scripts.
  • Monitor and analyze product launch performance, gathering feedback from sales and customers to refine strategies.
  • Establish KPIs for measuring product launch success, including adoption, market share, and revenue growth metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on GTM effectiveness and ROI.
  • Owning product performance, tracking revenue targets, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and differentiation.
  • Work with finance and business operations teams to develop pricing models and strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring products meet user needs and expectations.
  • Mentor junior product managers and GTM teams, providing guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Technology, or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years' experience in B2B pre-sales, solutions consulting, product management, or project management, with at least 3 years in a senior GTM position.
  • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
  • Proven track record of managing product launches and GTM strategies.
  • Analytical capabilities to assess market performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align GTM strategies with broader business goals.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of industry and market trends relevant to our products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
