About The Position

Oriola's Regulatory, Medical and Scientific Affairs and Translation Services is part of Oriola's Advisory Service portfolio that supports pharmaceutical companies throughout the entire lifecycle of pharmaceutics. Now we are looking for Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Nordic Regulatory Affairs and Medical and Scientific Affairs Team. In this role, you will work daily with our customers as being the expert in regulatory affairs and medical compliance. Work assignments in Regulatory, Medical and Scientific Affairs and Translation Team are versatile and variable, and you can learn new things every day. In this position, you can work independently but you don't need to work alone, as you always have the full support of the Team Lead and other team members.

Skills & RequirementsPersonal and Experience Requirements

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have the following skills and experience:

  • University degree in pharmacy or other relevant science
  • Fluent in English and at least in one of the Nordic languages (written and spoken)
  • Experience (at least 3 years) of regulatory affairs
  • Knowledge of relevant legislations, regulations, and guidelines of the EU, and knowledge of ethical rules of the pharma industry
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes and regulatory maintenance tasks
  • Knowledge of Medical Devices and/or Food Supplements preferable
  • Understanding of operating in the consultancy business
  • Sales-driven, oriented, and eager to expand our Regulatory, Medical and Scientific Affairs and Translations business in the Nordics
