Global Sales and Strategy Expert

The Commercialization Director will play a critical role in driving CPG partnerships and sales growth at Wolt. As a seasoned professional in the field, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet business objectives. Your expertise in market analysis and data-driven insights will be crucial in identifying trends and opportunities for CPG partners.
Key Responsibilities:Main Responsibilities:- CPG Partner Development: Identify and develop new CPG partners to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies that meet business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for CPG partners.
- Relevant Experience: Proven track record in global enterprise sales or account management with a focus on creating incremental value for partners.
- Languages Proficiency: Fluency in English and Finnish is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the CPG and e-commerce industries, with experience in the Ads industry being a plus.
- Presentation & Communication Skills: Ability to create compelling presentations and deliver them effectively to C-level executives.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations.
- Attitude: Ownership and entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, resourceful, and proactive in driving growth and delivering results.
- Other: Eligible to work in the country where the job is posted and willing to travel when necessary.
