About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Nordic Hospital Solutions business area at Mediq. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will provide financial analysis and insights to support the achievement of targets through a solid operating plan linked to strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Hospital Solution's budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to drive business value through keen financial and business management
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive value-enhancing initiatives
  • Ensure budget owners have necessary financial insights to manage and optimize resources effectively
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of applicable experience in Business Planning or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, complemented by a solid foundation in finance
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis and proactive collaboration with storytelling ability
  • Strong stakeholder management and strategic influence
  • A consistent driver of business value and champion of continuous improvement
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Fluent both spoken and written English, preferably also in Finnish
