SAP BTP Customer Success Partner Advisor Opportunity

About the Role

The SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) is a cutting-edge technology platform that integrates data and analytics, artificial intelligence, application development, automation, and integration. As a BTP Customer Success Partner Advisor, you will be part of a high-performing team that helps EMEA customers achieve their business goals by driving SAP BTP adoption and consumption.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You will partner with customers to increase sustainable consumption of SAP BTP services, coordinating activities with the Account Team.
  2. You will analyze customer needs, provide technical and business architecture guidance, and coach on digital transformation.
  3. You will be the primary SAP BTP strategic point of contact, orchestrating success resources across SAP and customers.
  4. You will analyze customer technical needs and execute consumption plans for assigned customers.
  5. You will provide recommendations and prepare customers to make the most of the SAP BTP solution, aligning with SAP's strategy and roadmap.
  6. You will serve as a voice of the customer to internal SAP stakeholders.
  7. You will collaborate with colleagues from various groups, including Cloud Success Services, Account Teams, Pre-sales, Product Management, Support, Services, and Partners.
  8. A BTP-CSP Advisor may also be assigned to fulfill premium subscription services for customers.

Requirements

  1. You have 3-4 years of experience in the IT industry, with a background in Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management, Project Implementation, Pre-sales, Technical Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, Consulting, or a related field.
  2. You have in-depth knowledge of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio, including SAP BTP Extension and Integration Suite, Cloud Databases, Cloud Data Management, Analytics Cloud Solutions.
  3. You have foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms and providers, such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and certifications in enterprise architecture are a plus.
  4. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with familiarity with design thinking methodology a plus.
  5. You can navigate complex organizational dynamics both internally at SAP and externally with customers and partners.
  6. You can continuously learn and adapt to the unique business and cultural practices of each region/country.
  7. You have a customer-centric mindset and empathy.
  8. You have a passion for learning new technologies and enjoy problem-solving.

Additional Requirements

Already situated in Finland, as relocation is not supported for this position.
