The Squad

You'll be part of a dynamic squad developing claim solutions and delivering exceptional customer experiences by enabling efficient claims handling in partner steering and digital damage inspection products. The squad operates autonomously while collaborating with various stakeholders, from other tech squads to business. Everyone can influence both products and processes within the squad.

The squad serves multiple customer segments – both internal and external – and our products' usage is continuously increasing. As we stay ahead in an evolving tech landscape, our squad delivers impactful solutions, seeking problem solvers and collaborators to stay at the forefront of our field. Even on busy days, the squad tackles challenges head-on with positive energy.

The Role

You will work in an Agile environment where you can develop new features or even new solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing and defining scalable and secure solution architectures aligned with business requirements and best practices. You will also work on system integrations, requirement analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.

We value your ideas as the squad continuously improves its ways of working. Documenting your progress is essential, as high-quality documentation is crucial. Since we have multiple stakeholders, it would be beneficial for you to enjoy having conversations, translating business requirements into technical ones.

Your Background

You are an experienced senior-level full-stack developer who has demonstrated not only technical implementation and agile ways of working but also collaboration and communication with various levels of stakeholders.

You possess a solid knowledge of .NET Core, SQL Server, Azure, DevOps, and front-end technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS. Git is also used within the team. As a curious and outgoing person with a solution-oriented mindset, you know how to deliver and maintain good quality and clean code with humor.

Effective communication and collaboration are critical to success in this role. You should feel comfortable presenting your work, such as demoing success to other squads, and participating proactively in conversations with different stakeholders. Fluent English communication is required daily, and Finnish is seen as an asset.
