Job Description

This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision. As a key member of our innovative finance team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple locations to design and implement impactful projects that benefit vulnerable children and communities.

  • Support the development of guidance and tools related to data and metrics, working jointly with UNICEF's partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist the team in managing the partnership pipeline, including adoption of the Child-lens Investing Framework.
  • Contribute to technical assistance for partners, focusing on knowledge management and capacity building around the CLIF framework.
  • Provide support for fundraising efforts, as needed, to ensure the success of the Hub's initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, International Relations, Business Administration, Social Science, or Humanities, or a relevant technical field.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience in an international organization, preferably in finance or sustainable finance.
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in other languages being an asset.
  • Developing country work experience and/or familiarity with emergencies is highly desirable.
  • Understanding and relevant experience in Impact or ESG Investing, Private Equity/Venture Capital, or the investment industry are highly desirable.
