The Office of Innovation is a creative and interactive team that sits at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and scalable solutions. We are passionate about using innovation to drive progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
About the Opportunity
In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations to support the technical team in creating guidance and tools related to data and metrics. You will also work closely with partners to develop the partnership pipeline management and provide technical assistance to other teams.
What You Will Do
- Support the technical team in creating guidance and tools, including data and metrics, in collaboration with UNICEF's partners
- Manage the partnership pipeline and work with Child-lens Investing Framework adoption
- Provide technical assistance to other teams as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, International Relations, Business Administration, Social Science, or Humanities
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an international organization, preferably in finance or sustainable finance
- Fluency in English required
Desirable Skills
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience in developing countries and/or familiarity with emergency situations
- Understanding and relevant experience of Impact or ESG Investing
- Familiarity with existing standards/frameworks adopted by financial institutions
