Expert Trainer for Finnish Language AI

We are looking for a talented AI Trainer to join our team at Alignerr. In this innovative freelance position, you will play a key role in shaping the future of AI in the Finnish language. With Alignerr's community of subject matter experts, you will have the opportunity to develop your AI skills while leveraging your subject-matter expertise.

As an AI Trainer, you will analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to the Finnish language. Your contributions will directly impact the advancement of AI in the Finnish language. This role offers flexible scheduling and allows you to create your own working hours depending on project length.

• Educate AI: Provide feedback on AI-generated outputs and ensure the accuracy and relevance of Finnish content generated by AI.
• Problem Solving: Use your expertise to provide step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex problems in Finnish, including checking punctuation, spelling, and grammar, and/or creative writing.
• Red Teaming: Utilize your deep understanding of the field to identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base and design tests that push the boundaries of the model's understanding.

• Possess a strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
• Have a critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Professional writing experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar roles.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

The estimated salary range for this role is $15-$150 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer flexible scheduling and the opportunity to create your own working hours depending on project length. As a freelancer, you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. However, we provide access to our remote-friendly hybrid model, which encourages asynchronous communication, autonomy, and ownership of tasks.
