Job Description

The Global Impact Innovator for Children's Rights will be part of our Innovation Office, where we collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of children and communities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the design and implementation of innovative programs and initiatives that drive impact and scalability;
  • Collaborating with external partners to identify opportunities for co-creation and knowledge-sharing;
  • Analyzing data and trends to inform strategic decision-making and program development;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including governments, NGOs, and private sector partners;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and innovations relevant to our work.
Requirements

To succeed as a Global Impact Innovator for Children's Rights, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international relations, business administration, or social science;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in an international organization or non-profit context;
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cultures and time zones;
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
