Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland UNICEF Full time

At UNICEF, we are committed to promoting the rights of every child. This mission is not just a job – it is a calling. Our organization works in over 190 countries and territories to save children's lives, defend their rights, and help them fulfill their potential from early childhood through adolescence.

We pride ourselves on a culture that helps staff thrive, coupled with an attractive compensation and benefits package. As a Strategic Impact Analyst, you will be part of our Office of Innovation, which creates opportunities for the world's children by focusing on where new markets can meet their vital needs.

The Innovative Finance Hub, based in Helsinki, aims to catalyze global capital in support of children to fill the SDG gap and radically accelerate progress towards the SDGs. As a member of this team, you will support the technical team in creating guidance and tools related to data and metrics, working jointly with UNICEF's partners.

You will also support the team on partnership pipeline management, including the adoption of the Child-lens Investing Framework. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance to partners and support knowledge management and capacity building on CLIF across the organization and externally.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple locations, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. If you have experience in finance or sustainable finance, and a passion for promoting children's rights, we encourage you to apply.

To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, international relations, business administration, or social science. At least two years of relevant work experience in an international organization is required. Fluency in English is necessary, and familiarity with emergency situations and private equity/venture capital is desirable.

We strive to create a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the communities we serve. We welcome applications from qualified candidates who share our commitment to promoting children's rights and well-being. By joining UNICEF, you will be part of a dynamic team that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of millions of children around the world.
