**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Strategic Impact Officer to join our team in Helsinki. As a key member of our Office of Innovation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the creation of guidance and tools related to data and metrics, as well as partnership pipeline management and technical assistance to partners. You will also contribute to knowledge management and capacity building on our Child-Lens Investing Framework across the organization and externally.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Support the technical team in developing guidance and tools related to data and metrics, including working jointly with partners
- Manage the partnership pipeline and support the adoption of the Child-Lens Investing Framework
- Provide technical assistance to partners and contribute to knowledge management and capacity building on CLIF
- Collaborate with internal divisions and external actors to achieve shared goals

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, International Relations, Business Administration, Social Science, or Humanities, or another relevant field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an international organization, with primary experience in finance or sustainable finance
- Fluency in English is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and collaboratively

**Location**

This position is based in Helsinki, Finland, with regular travel to other locations as needed.

**Estimated Salary**: €43,000 - €53,000 per annum, depending on experience
