Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional Nordic Growth Strategy Director to join our team in Helsinki. As part of our global investment team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities, analyzing companies, industries, and teams, and making informed investment decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic investment plans
  • Leading due diligence efforts and ensuring that investments are aligned with our company's goals
  • Maintaining relationships with portfolio companies and stakeholders
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of successful investments
  • Knowledge of the Nordic market and its dynamics
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Bachelor or master's degree with excellent results
  • 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar
  • EU work permit
