Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Growth Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering success across all categories within your customer group.

You will work closely with other teams and departments, such as field sales, marketing, category planning, and demand planning to ensure the best creation and implementation of our sales strategy across different categories, channels, and in-store/online environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels.
  • Utilize data & insights to build & execute category driving strategies for the customer.
  • Create, track, and deliver Joint Customer Business Plans (JCBP).
  • Optimize the use of resources to obtain more profitability in operations.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and planning to ensure stock availability and reduce waste.
