About the Opportunity

As a Global Compensation Strategist at Orion Oyj, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's compensation and benefits landscape. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement global compensation structures and benefit packages.

Your expertise in HR analytics and reporting will enable you to create comprehensive reports and dashboards to inform strategic decisions. You'll also be responsible for managing vendor relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in human resources, business administration, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing C&B programs. You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences and driving business results.
