Business Growth Executive

We are looking for a talented Customer Solutions Representative to join our team at FedEx Group.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business and growing revenue by identifying potential new customers, conducting background research on potential customers, discussing the customer's supply chain with decision makers and other appropriate customer representatives, analyzing customer needs, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business and supply chain through regular research and customer interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
- Regularly engage with customers to ensure customer understanding of FedEx services and to maximize customer utilization of FedEx services.
