About the role

We seek a visionary, business-driven Talent Partner to act as a strategic advisor to our Sales, Services, and Product functions. In this role, you'll rethink talent strategies, align them with business goals, and help attract, retain, and grow top talent to drive F-Secure success.

As a key member of both function management teams and People & Culture, you'll challenge traditional structures and reimagine how talent and teams are organized for growth. You'll partner with leadership to shape workforce strategies, drive critical hiring efforts, and implement high-impact talent initiatives. Through organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, and retention, you'll foster a high-performance culture. You'll report to the Director of Employee Experience, with a dotted line to function heads.

This isn't a traditional HR Business Partner role–it's a chance to drive real impact by shaping the future of our workforce and contributing to long-term business growth.

This role offers location flexibility–you can work in a hybrid setup from our Helsinki HQ, Sweden, United Kingdom, Poland, Netherlands, or Slovakia. We hope you can join in-person gatherings when needed, such as annual team-building events.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic and innovative workforce and organization planning - Rethink and design new ways to structure teams, ensuring they are high-performing and aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with function heads and management teams to assess talent needs, identify gaps, and build future-ready teams that drive performance and growth.
  • Strategic hiring for critical roles - You will also drive hiring efforts for critical roles on emerging markets and high-impact positions and work with our Talent Acquisition Partner to define role requirements that reflect evolving business needs and attract top talent aligned with the company's EVP.
  • Talent Development and performance - Lead talent review and succession planning processes, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders. Develop career growth plans for high-potential employees, aligning with company culture and objectives. Design and implement function-specific learning and development maps. Support teams in setting and tracking OKRs, providing guidance on goal alignment and performance.
  • Compensation, promotions, and retention - With F-Secure frameworks and Total Rewards Manager collaborating with you, provide insights and recommendations for salary reviews, promotions, and retention strategies. Develop and implement retention plans to ensure engagement and long-term commitment.
  • Change leadership - Support leaders in driving organizational change, equipping them with tools and frameworks for effective transformation. Act as a coach and advisor to leadership on people-related challenges during change.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong experience in similar senior Talent Partnering roles with a future-focused approach (at least 5 years would be preferred).
  • Strong understanding and experience from growth-oriented tech companies; ability to challenge, influence, and coach senior leaders.
  • Proven experience using data for insights, risk identification, and opportunity forecasting.
  • Expertise in organizational development, change management, and driving talent, leadership, and culture agendas.
  • Experience in global, matrix organizations, collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Master's degree (HR, legal, psychology, or similar) and full professional proficiency in English, as our organizational language is English.
