Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Commercial Manager for GI Therapeutic Area to join our team. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and improve patient outcomes in the gastrointestinal therapeutic area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial leadership, with experience in developing and implementing integrated brand plans. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute integrated brand plans to drive growth and improve patient outcomes in the gastrointestinal therapeutic area.
  2. Leverage market research and data analysis to inform commercial strategies and optimize resource allocation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including healthcare professionals and payers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree within marketing, life science, applied sciences, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry within marketing, commercial, digital, service design, patient access, or medical.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Fluent written & spoken Finnish and English.
