Today, operating in over 60 countries across the world, we are looking for experienced professionals and future talents.

We seek a Head of IT Operations to lead our global IT team.

This role oversees the development and delivery of end-user, infrastructure, datacenter, and network services across sales offices, manufacturing sites, and service centers.

The successful candidate will lead an international team to ensure high-quality business-critical services for Nokian Tyres' operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the global IT Operations team by creating a high-performance team culture driven by strategic objectives and goals.
  • Manage business relationships regarding IT operations and infrastructure.
  • Fulfill SLAs and ensure business continuity.
  • Plan and manage the entire IT services lifecycle (plan, create, deploy, use, and retire).
  • Manage and align project portfolios with business objectives.
  • Develop strategic partnerships.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A proven ability to build, develop, motivate, and retain a high-performing global IT service organization.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience running effective and innovative information technology solutions.
  • The ability to create IT services strategy, roadmaps, competence, and resource plans.
  • Relevant technology knowledge.
  • Demonstrated skills in partner management (services and solutions).
  • Proven familiarity with IT industry standards and methodologies such as ITIL.
  • The ability to lead within a global and matrix organization.
  • A strong sense of urgency in delivering results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills in English.
  • The ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with constant deadlines and shifting priorities independently and effectively.
  • A good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
