Insta etsii uusia osaajia Espoon Keilarantaan tai Tampereen Sarankulmaan vahvistamaan data- ja kybersääntelyn konsultointitiimiämme. Haemme tietosuojakonsulttia, joka on innostunut kyberturvallisuudesta ja EU:n data- ja kyberregulaatiosta.

Tehtävässäsi työskentelet osana kyberturvallisuusasiantuntijoidemme tiimiä, ja sinulla on mahdollisuus syventää osaamistasi teknisessä sekä hallinnollisessa tietoturvassa. Työskentelet ensisijaisesti tietosuojakonsultoinnin parissa, mutta osaamistaustasi mukaan voit päästä auttamaan asiakkaitamme myös muun data- ja kybersääntelyn parissa, kuten EU:n kyberkestävyyssäädöksen (CRA), NIS2-direktiivin, tekoälysäädöksen tai datasäädöksen alueilla.

Tietosuojakonsulttina vastuullesi kuuluu:

  • Asiakkaidemme auttaminen tietosuojan käytännön toteutuksessa,
  • Tietosuojapolitiikkojen ja -ohjeistusten kehittäminen, sekä
  • Tietosuojan vuosikellon edistäminen.

Työskentely voi tapahtua joko osana tiimiä tai itsenäisesti, riippuen asiakasprojekteista.

Mitä toivomme sinulta?

Voit olla jo kokeneempi tietosuoja-asiantuntija tai asiantuntijuuden varhaisemmassa vaiheessa. Edellytämme, että sinulla on vähintään kahden vuoden kokemus tietosuojan parissa työskentelystä. Arvostamme myös muun EU:n data- ja kybersääntelyn tuntemusta, sekä aiempaa kokemusta konsultin roolissa toimimisesta. Tavoitteenamme on auttaa asiakkaita heidän liiketoiminnassaan, joten edellytämme kykyä viestiä selkeästi ja ymmärrettävästi asioista eri kohderyhmille suullisesti ja kirjallisesti sekä englanniksi että suomeksi.

Toivomme, että sinulla on korkeakoulututkinto oikeustieteistä tai muilta soveltuvilta aloilta, sekä syvällistä osaamista tietosuojan tehtävistä. Katsomme eduksesi alan sertifioinnit, kuten CIPP/E, CIPM tai CIPT, ja tietoturvan hallinnan sertifikaatit. Sertifioinnit eivät ole välttämättömiä ja niitä pääset suorittamaan meillä myös työn ohessa.

Meillä Installa

Tietosuojakonsulttina työskentelet osana Instan kyberturvallisuuden konsultointitiimiä, johon kuuluu noin 20 asiantuntijaa tietosuojan sekä hallinnollisen ja teknisen tietoturvallisuuden alalta. Koko Instan laajuisesti kyberturvallisuuden parissa työskentelee yhteensä yli 160 asiantuntijaa, ja konsultoinnin lisäksi valikoimaamme kuuluu esimerkiksi SIEM- ja SOC-palveluita. Asiakkaita meillä on monipuolisesti Puolustusvoimista ja julkisesta sektorista lähtien isoihin kansainvälisiin yrityksiin. Meillä oppiminen, kouluttautuminen ja tiedon jakaminen ovat keskeinen osa työkulttuuriamme. Ammatillista kehittymistäsi tukee aktiivinen yhteistyö tietosuoja- ja kyberturvakonsulttien kanssa sekä mahdollisuus syventää osaamistasi koulutusten ja sertifiointien avulla. Kehittymistavoitteesi ja kiinnostuksen kohteesi otetaan huomioon myös asiakasprojekteja ja resursseja suunniteltaessa.

Arvostamme työn ja vapaa-ajan tasapainoa. Meillä työskentelet joustavasti – pääsääntöisesti normaalin työajan puitteissa, mutta voit sovittaa aikataulusi ja työskentelypaikkasi itsellesi parhaiten sopivalla tavalla. Olennaista on, että työt sujuvat arvojemme mukaisesti. Konsulttimme työskentelevät joustavasti etänä, toimistoillamme tai asiakkaiden tiloissa projektien tarpeiden mukaan.

Espoon toimistomme sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla Keilaniemen metroaseman vieressä. Tampereella meillä on viihtyisät tilat Sarankulman kampuksella. Lisäksi tarjoamme kattavan etupaketin, joka sisältää muun muassa laajan työterveyshuollon, liikunta-, kulttuuri- ja hierontaedut sekä työsuhdepyöräedun.

Palkkaus

Palkka määräytyy osaamisen ja aiemman työkokemuksen perusteella, mutta asettuu tyypillisesti 4000–5500 euron välille. Kerrothan meille rohkeasti toiveistasi palkkauksen suhteen
