We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our Secure Operations & Data Solutions team This role involves leading the Security & DevSecOps Team in DCO. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and efficiency of the organization's software development and customer identity management processes. Our team is committed to pursuing innovation and improvements through increased use of data. In this role, you will:

  1. Lead the team and delivery.
  2. Ensure technical excellence, using the right tools and technologies to support the team to deliver faster.
  3. Lead creation and enforcement of comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  4. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
  5. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks and improve overall security posture.
  6. Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, mitigation, and reporting of security breaches.
  7. Manage and coach team performance and wellbeing.
  8. Ensure that the solutions follow Fortum policies and guidelines regarding architecture, development practices, privacy, security, etc.
  9. Collect functional and non-functional, security, compliance, and availability requirements from business units.

To excel in this role, you are expected to be:

  1. A bachelor's or master's degree holder in computer science, business administration, or another relevant area.
  2. Experienced in IT and function/business/industry.
  3. Extensive experience in security, DevSecOps, and CIAM roles.
  4. Strong understanding of security principles, DevSecOps methodologies, and CIAM technologies.
  5. Experienced in leading teams.
  6. Familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data privacy and security.
  7. Updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in security, DevSecOps, and CIAM.
  8. Maintaining role-based competence and training regularly.
