As security is at the core in all our development, this position will take ownership of security best practices and keeping the platform secure. You may have hands-on experience as you will lead the design, architecture, and service management with our teams of engineers and partners.

This position reports to Head of Infrastructure Network Services and will be in Espoo, Finland – or Tampere, Finland.

What you'll do

  • Oversee Network Services demand, capacity, and availability management.
  • Ensure Network Services architecture is designed, developed, and improved to align with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Lead service transitions for new and updated Network Services, following best practices to minimize business risks.
  • Maintain Service Asset and Configuration Management, ensuring proper documentation and oversight.
  • Drive Incident, Event, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Request Fulfillment for Network Services.

  • At least 5-8 years' experience in various IT infrastructure network and manager positions.
  • Experience with IT Service Delivery Management methodologies.
  • Good understanding of ITIL and other infrastructure-related frameworks and best practices.
  • Experience of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Understanding of practical security measures, and IT Security principles, particularly in the network domain.
