The Role
As our Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving Koherent's sales initiatives across domestic and international markets. You will actively build strong partnerships, connect with end-customers, and contribute to the growth of our business. This role is your opportunity to directly support our sales efforts, refine processes, and help Koherent achieve commercial success through collaboration and impactful contributions.
You will be responsible for:
- Actively acquiring new partners and building strong relationships with them
- Identifying potential end-customers and proactively reaching out to explore opportunities
- Driving partnerships and individual sales opportunities to a successful close
- Sales support activities to assist our partners in achieving their goals
- Sourcing new leads through research, referrals, or inbound channels
- Support in tender preparation
- Collaborating with the R&D and product management to match Koherent offering with the customer needs
Your Impact
Build and Strengthen Relationships: Actively acquire new partners and maintain strong connections to foster long-term collaboration.
Bring Opportunities: Identify potential end-customers and engage them in meaningful discussions about Koherent's solutions.
Drive Results: Systematically and relentlessly drive new partnership agreements and individual sales opportunities to a closing.
Innovate Solutions: Assist in developing technical solutions to better fit our customer's needs and contribute to refining incentive models to empower our partners.
